What is Bhojpur Optical Data Engine?
The Bhojpur ODE (i.e. optical data engine) is a digital imagery data analysis software system, These multi-layer digital images are captured from expensive and advanced microscopes, medical imaging equipments, and telescopes. Each image carries a lot of metadata and annotations by specialists (e.g., Radiologist, Doctor) in the field. The Bhojpur ODE applies advanced digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms over the images captured from such expensive equipments. The Bhojpur ODE is designed to reduce the overall cost of medical diagnostic data, storage, analytical processing, and sharing using a platform-as-a-service delivery model.
